Who it’s for

Three doors.
One check-up.

Whichever one is you, it starts the same way: we examine before we prescribe. What differs is what we look for, and what you leave with.

Keep Up

“My role is being reshaped by AI. I need to reskill, rethink, and stay relevant, and I would rather decide what comes next than have it decided for me.”

What the Check-Up looks at for you

Your Vital Signs, plus an honest reading of your exposure: which of your skills AI is taking, which it is multiplying, and which are yours alone.

What you leave with

A clear reading of where you stand. A prescription you can act on this quarter. A mindset built for what is next instead of what was.

A good doctor does not prescribe what she has not examined.

Move Up

“I am ready for more. I need to be prepared, positioned, and seen, and I have learned that being good is not always enough.”

What the Check-Up looks at for you

Your Vital Signs, and a frank look at how you are currently seen by the people who decide.

What you leave with

A reading of how you are seen. A prescription for the next role. A way of presenting what you bring that people remember.

Lead Change

“My team or organization has to change, and I am the one who has to lead it.”

What the Check-Up looks at for you

A Team Check-Up: interviews, Vital Signs for each leader, and a read on the structure, process, and culture that will carry the change or quietly kill it. Where value is being created and where it is leaking. What is already in dispute and has not been named.

What you leave with

A written diagnosis your leadership team agrees with. A prescription built for your organization rather than a course off the shelf. Leaders whose judgment, analytical capacity, and appetite for the hard conversation are strong enough to carry the change after the consultant leaves.

When the patient is the organization

The same method,
at the scale of an organization.

The three doors above are for a leader. When the organization itself is what has to perform differently — the structure, the strategy, the operation, or the team — the work is consulting, and it runs through the same six steps at the scale of a company. Management consulting, business consulting, and team effectiveness.

Not sure which one is you?

That is a good reason to have the conversation. The first one is free.
