Care Plans
Everyone starts with
a Check-Up.
Because a prescription without a diagnosis is a guess.
Every engagement is scoped in the consultation, so what you pay is settled in conversation rather than quoted from a list.
The Check-Up
Four sessions: two to examine, one to diagnose, one to prescribe. An intake before we meet. Your history and your Vital Signs. A second opinion from three people who know your work. Written findings, discussed with you until you agree with them. A prescription with goals you wrote, in an order you understand. Everything you need to decide what comes next, whether or not you continue with me.
The Treatment Plan
Your Check-Up plus two goals. Each goal runs three sessions: setting the goal, executing it, then follow-up and feedback. Assignments between sessions and support by email. We work your prescription until the change holds, then retake your Vital Signs so you can see it, and close with a written summary and your next prescription.
Ongoing Care
Maintain. One capacity to build each month, with reflection prompts and a check-in from me midway through. For leaders who intend to stay fit to lead after the treatment is finished. Billed monthly, with no term commitment: you can stop at any time.
A good doctor does not prescribe what she has not examined.
The Check-Up scales.
Sponsored Check-Ups, paid by your organization, and Team Check-Ups for a whole leadership group, are scoped on a call.
The Clinics.
The Clinics are programs of modules you purchase, with a course and coaching around each. A Care Plan is coaching; a Clinic is a program.
Before you decide.
Do I have to continue after the Check-Up? No. The Check-Up is complete in itself. You leave with your findings and your prescription, and what you do with them is your decision.
What is the difference between a Care Plan and a Clinic? A Care Plan is coaching: I examine you and treat whatever the diagnosis finds. A Clinic is a program: you already know the complaint, and you buy the modules that treat it.
Is this therapy? No. This is leadership consulting and coaching, and the medical language describes a method. If your Check-Up shows that you need something I do not provide, I will tell you so, and I will help you find the right professional.
Where do sessions happen? On Zoom, on a schedule we set together. Organizational work can be on site.
Not sure where to begin?
The first conversation is free, and it is the only way anything gets scoped.
