The Readiness Clinic™

Building the capacity to be prepared, positioned, and seen.

Being ready and being chosen are not the same thing. Many capable leaders do the work, build the skills, and wait to be noticed. This program closes the gap. It examines how ready you really are, finds what stands between you and the next level, and helps you make the case to the people who decide.

The Clinic at a glance

Is this the right Clinic for you?

Readiness that has been prepared, positioned where the decision is made, and presented so it is understood.

Who it is for

Leaders who are ready for more, such as a promotion, a larger role, a board seat, or a venture of their own, and who are not yet being chosen.

The specialist examination

The Readiness Reading, which examines how ready you are for the next level, how you see opportunity, and how you handle risk.

The program, in the method

Six modules, one for each step.

Examine — The Readiness Reading. How ready you are, how you see opportunity, and how you handle risk.
Diagnose — Readiness, Diagnosed. The gap between being ready and being chosen, and what is causing it.
Prescribe — The Next-Level Plan. The role you are aiming for, the evidence it requires, and the people who make the decision.
Treat — Making the Case. Building the evidence, being present where decisions are made, and telling your story so it is understood.
Follow Up — Being Seen. The conversation with a manager or sponsor, what came back, and what to do next.
Maintain — Rising on a Different Plane. The Regimen, taught here in full, with assigned reading on the choices that keep capacity growing, so that you keep rising after the program ends.
By the end, you will be able to
Describe the next role clearly, and what it will require of you.
Find the gap between being ready and being chosen, and name what is causing it.
Build the evidence of your readiness, and make it visible to the people who decide.
Tell your story so that decision makers understand what you bring.
Take on opportunity and risk with judgment rather than waiting.
