Thank you. I have your request.

A short email is on its way to you now. It asks a few questions about where you are and what you are trying to do next, and it carries a link to my calendar so you can pick a time that works for you.

You do not have to answer the questions before you book. Answering them first simply means we spend the conversation on your situation rather than on getting oriented.

If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then write to franklin@leadershipdoctor.org and I will follow up directly.

What happens next

Three steps, and none of them is a sales call.

Step one

You pick a time.

Use the link in the email. Sessions are held on Zoom, and I will confirm the time with you, and the calendar invitation follows once it is confirmed.

Step two

We talk.

I want to understand what you are trying to accomplish, what is in the way, and whether the work is a fit. If it is not, I will tell you so.

Step three

You decide.

If it is a fit, you receive something in writing setting out the scope, the schedule, and the terms before anything begins.

A good doctor does not prescribe what she has not examined.

While you wait.

If you would like to read more about how the practice works, these are the places to start.
